What is included in the box?
Europe Vitality Wand with the Vintage Touch head (fixed power cord, US-type plug), the user manual, and a high-quality unbranded cardboard storage box. The Silky Touch head is sold separately, and no case is included.
Will it work with Mexican power outlets? Can I use it outside Mexico?
Yes for Mexican homes. The rating label and the product page Additional information list 100–125 V / 60 Hz with a US-type plug, the standard plug in Mexico. Always follow the label on your unit.

Can I return my Europe Vitality Wand?
Per the live Terms and company page: under Mexican consumer protection rules you may cancel within 14 business days of receipt if the product is unused and the original packaging remains sealed. Contact support before sending anything back. Return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds: original payment method within 10 business days after the returned product is verified.
Can I return it if I already opened or used it?
For hygiene reasons, returns of intimate products are not accepted once the sealed packaging has been opened, except where the law requires otherwise for defects. Contact support if the unit arrived damaged or wrong.
How does the warranty work?
Farmhouse42 warrants this product for 2 years against manufacturing defects in parts and labor, starting from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required. Thermal protection can shut the unit down if vents are covered or it runs hard for a long stretch. Let it cool at least 10 minutes; keep bottom vents clear. Follow the continuous-use guidance in your printed Mexico user guide.
It got louder over time.
Some brush wear can raise noise. Try a no-load run at high speed for ~20 minutes. If noise keeps rising or power feels weaker, contact support — warranty / RMA may apply.
Buttons are not responding.
Unplug and rest 10+ minutes. If still faulty and under warranty, contact support for RMA guidance. We do not sell button-pad spare parts in Mexico yet.

Can I buy spare parts or attachments in Mexico?

What if the power cord is damaged?
The power cord is mounted / fixed (not a customer-swappable detachable cord). Never use Europe Vitality Wand with a damaged cord. Options are discard the device, or repair via our support process (RMA). We do not sell replacement cords in Mexico yet. Repairs are done by us for the customer through RMA (see below), subject to warranty and manual exclusions.
